Personality (Basic description): Rangiku is your loveable and free spirit woman! She has a carefree attitude and she enjoys spending her time pampering herself. She lacks doing her paperwork but deep down, she is caring.

Physical Appearance: Rangiku appears to have strawberry-blonde hair with ice blue eyes. She is tall for a woman and the most infamous and well known part of her body is her large breasts. She wears a pink sash along with her uniform with her division banner along her white sash around her waist. She wields her zanpakuto on her lower back with her guard being that of a cat's eye.

History/ Biography: Not much is known about Rangiku. It is clear that Rangiku may have been injured critically though a former captain, Gin Ichimaru, has "saved" her from near death. It is said that Rangiku cannot remember much of her past and her brithday was given by Ichimaru on the day he met her. Sihe has been a lieutenant for quite sometime, which is said that she may have been one even before her captain became the captain of 10th Division.

Zanpakutoh [Shinigami, Arrancar] (Include possible shikai to be obtained): Rangiku's Zanpakotu's guard resembles a cat's eye. Hence her command for shikai, "Growl, Haineko." This release gives Rangiku the ability to let the blade of her Zanpakuto to turn into ash. Rangiku has yet to discover her Bankai form. However, just like Rangiku, Haineko is lazy, moody, and selfish.

W[hat to do? That's what the strawberry-blonde woman would think once she wakes up. Oh? Yes, Rangiku Matsumoto had been avoiding much time from doing any sort of work within her division. She is, afterall, the fukataichou of the 10th Division. Like every other party animal, Rangiku suffered the effects of too much sake. The night before, drinking to her hearts content for the love of her cheerful and free spirit. And with that, came for the price. Matsumoto had laid upon the comfortable couch within the 10th Division office, sleeping away. That is, until noises occured just outside of the office. A yawn and a groan, Rangiku had finally got herself to sit up from the nap she ever so love. Infront of her would be the table. Ah, yes. That table itself had a good surprise for her. Several blinks and she would notice it. Moutains of paperwork. It wasn't something she would look forward too. Both elbows came to rest upon her lap, allowing herself to bend forward a bit to see the stands of paper. She had closed her eyes briefly to let out a heavy exhale. What would be a good excuse this time?
