Personality: Isane is very quiet and observant, however will speak when neccessary. She is extremely loyal to her Captain Unohana and looks up to her as both a mentor and mother figure. Isane is also very nuturing and motherly which goes well with her being in Division Four.

Physical Appearance: Isane is very tall for a woman. She has light silver-purple hair, which she wears short with a few long strands hanging about and along with beads. She also has ery distinctive eyelashes and a very pouty mouth. She wears the standard shinigami robes, which happen to show off her tall,slim figure. She also wears the vice captain insignia for her division on her arm.

History/ Biography: Isane first appears during the Ryoka invasion, when Yamamoto tells Rukia that he will grant her request to return Ichigo, Orihime, Ishida, and Chad to the real world safely, Isane feels that it’s cruel to lie to her outright like that. However, Unohana points out that since Rukia’s death in inevitable, it is just as well to let her die with no regrets. After the betrayal of Aizen, Isane can’t sleep and doesn’t want to wake Kiyone. However, Unohana is awake and invites her vice captain to sit with her until she can sleep. Isane along with Marechiyo, and Choujirou were ordered to stop the escape of Renji and Rukia. However, as soon as she released her zanpakuto in the brief interaction with Ichigo, she was defeated as easily as the other two. In the middle of the mess, Unohana used her zanpakutou to help heal Marechiyo and Choujirou and used her own power to heal Isane, who had not been hit as hard as her male comrades. Unohana then proceeds to take Isane with her to investigate the mysterious circumstances of Aizen’s death. Upon discovering Aizen alive and his vice captain, Momo, and Toshiro, with fatal wounds, Unohana and Isane listen in wonder, fear, and disgust as Aizen reveals his plot to them. He leaves with Gin, Unohana orders Isane to contact all the active captains, vice captains, and, to Isane’s surprise, all the ryoka who have had contact with the Fourth Division.

Zanpakutoh: Isane's zanpakuto is Itegumo (Frozen Cloud). It has a Snowflake shaped guard. When activated by the shikai command "Sprint", two smaller blades protrude from Itegumo's hilt at 45° angles. Itegumo's abilities are unknown because the only time Isane did release it, she was immediately knocked out by Ichigo.

Sample Post: ::Isane's soft eyes met those of Unohana's, as Marechiyo and Choujiro already stepped forward to attempt and storm pass Ichigo to get to Rukia and Renji. With Unohana's nod Isane replied with a nod of her own, and steped forth. Her hand grasped tightly around the hilt of Itegumo and as soon as she drew it as if stimutaneously, she gave the shikai command. "Sprint Itegumo!" she called out and her blade began to glow. As it radiated that glowing, it would split into a three pronged blade followed by the ceasing of the glow. Isane ran forth Itegumo drawn back ready to strike Ichigo, however it seemed he was quicker, for next thing she knew her blade was deflected and she was knocked aside like a rag doll. Hitting the pavement hard she looked up at Unohana with tears, before blacking out. She had failed.::
