Personality (Basic description): He is very mature for his age and takes his job seriously. He can be easily annoyed, espeically by his vice captain, Matsumoto, who is a drinker and tends to sleep on the job, making him do a majority of the paperwork, which he seems to be good at doing. He does want to get it done and done right. He prefers to be called Hitsugaya-taicho, he's strict on proper addressing. Hinamori seems to be the only one who he'll let call different as she is his child friend and he shows a bit of a love intention to her, or he just really cares for her like his older sister.
Physical Appearance: He's shorter than most other shinigami you see, Hinamori is even taller than him. He had spiked up white hair with a bit hanging down over his left eye. His eyes are a teal color. His zanpakuto is straped to his back with the handle behind his right shoulder.
History/ Biography: He has the most powerful ice/snow based zanpakuto in all of soul society. Of course he knows bankai but since he's so young, its not fully mature yet and has a timer on it on how long it lasts, the 3 4 pointed stars hovering over him in the form slowly fade in time, like a countdown. He became a shinigami to be close to Hinamori since when she became one, she didn't visit him much. I believe he obtained captain level by taking a test and therefore took the place of the former 10th captain. It doesn't seem like he has parents, he raised by an older woman who may or may not have any relation to him. The other captains don't respect him because of his age, though he is a powerful fighter. He trained for many years to learn Bankai and master it, possibly to protect Hinamori better maybe as he must have already had learned it before becoming captain since one requirement needed to be captain is to have mastered bankai.
Zanpakutoh [Shinigami, Arrancar] (Include possible shikai to be obtained): Hyourinmaru. Shikai: Souten ni Zase. Bankai: Daiguren Hyourinmaru. He has about two attacks I've seen though just in Bankai form.

Sample Post: ::He stepped out onto the sidewalk just infront of Inoue's house. He was on the mission of investigating in the human world of the arrancar activity. Aizen was most definately the one creating them, the 1st captain made that clear with his report. Ichigo seemed to off alone but he knew he was most likely training for the up coming battle, what else would he do? He young captain sighed, he wished he could do something rather than just sit and wait for something to happen. Matsumoto was always shopping, she's whine her way into that... she knew his weak points and what annoyed him the most. He was in his gigai so humans could see him. He checked his hollow radar in his cell phone, nothing. He closed it and pocket it and started to venture down the sidewalk to maybe find something... anything.::
